My name is Katy Langton and I am the creator of YourFirst.Dance. I started dancing at the age of 2 and started teaching at the age of 16. I am fully qualified to teach Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz, Acro and Street Dance. I also studied Latin, Salsa and Ballroom for a few years which I absolutely love.

I furthered my dance career by attending a full time professional dance college where I gained many teaching qualifications and also led to some amazing dance opportunities.

I started YourFirst.Dance in 2022 as I realised when choreographing my own wedding dance, that it was so important to feel confident and have your own unique dance.

I am very passionate about dancing and teaching and love taking that passion to help couples create their perfect first dance that they can perform with confidence allowing them to enjoy their special moment
